| When we first got the turbo's, which if i am write we were one of the first in the country to try the new set up. We just had them bolted on and try'd to get them tuned not thinkin we had to inspect the turbo being that it never said to check or adjust anything before bolt on. it just said bolt on turbo's. Well when we were having problems on the dyno the first time"8 hours later" we had diagnosed the boost controller, fuel system, ignition, and everything else to see why they would not boost over 15psi and when we tried 20 it would peak at 17 for a sec and drop back to 15psi. at the same time we could hear a loud rattle from inside the down pipe at idle and durning the pulls. That is when we thought it could be the wastegates. So we pulled the motor and noticed that the screw on the wastegate was so loose that both flaps could not seal tight shut. So chip agreed to have them sent back and he would adjust them personaly. When we got them back again and in the motor the only thing we did was put it back on the dyno to see if they would boost higher or even hold boost. which they would not. That is when chip said he would agree to refund the money if we bought another set. and now he is going back on everything... Danny
